Required Qualifications & Skills

·Education: MBA/MHRM/PGDM in HR preferred.

·Experience: 1-3 years in HR & Admin, manufacturing Industry

Role Description

HR & Admin Officer will manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role requires close coordination with project sites and head office to ensure smooth HR processes in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment & Onboarding

  • ·Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for site and office positions.
  • · Coordinate interviews, collect documents, and issue offer/appointment letters.
  • ·Support in smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

2.Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • ·Maintain attendance records for site and office staff.
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
  • · Ensure timely update of new joiners, resignations, and transfers.

3.Employee Records & Documentation

  • ·Maintain employee files (hard & soft copies) and update HRMS/ Excel trackers.
  • ·Support in preparing HR-related MIS reports and data analysis.

4.Statutory Compliance Support

  • Assist in maintaining and submitting statutory records (PF, ESIC, labor returns, etc.).

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Assist in resolving employee queries related to salary, leaves and attendance etc.
  • · Support in organizing employee welfare and engagement activities at site/offices.

6. Exit Formalities

·Support in conducting exit interviews, clearance formalities, and full & final settlements.

Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR Practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proactive and eager to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
