The Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM), is seeking a Human Resource Branch Manager to lead and inspire a team of HR professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader with strong knowledge of state government practices and a commitment to supporting employees.

The Human Resource Branch Manager will:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to HR Generalists and support staff within a Cabinet-level HR Branch.
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
- Deliver training and coaching to HR staff in areas such as personnel, payroll, time administration, and employee benefits.
- Provide technical assistance and consultation to agency staff and leadership on complex HR issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate and manage special projects that support Cabinet-wide HR initiatives.
- May serve as a Designated Appointing Authority when assigned.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Cabinet’s HR mission.
The ideal candidate will bring:
