Position: HR Business Partner (Performance Evaluation)
Location: Indore, MP | Full-Time
Job Requirements:
- Strong expertise in performance evaluation of employees, managers, and departments.
- Ability to track the progress and completion of tasks across departments.
- Skilled in evaluating department managers’ bandwidth to ensure fair workload distribution.
- Proficiency in Monthly & Quarterly goal setting, tracking, and follow-up.
- Capability to prepare and present Monthly & Annual performance reports of every employee to management for salary appraisals.
- Strong ability to create and deliver structured reports for management on performance, task tracking, and departmental efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with managers and present reports to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage performance evaluations for employees, managers, and departments.
- Track and monitor the progress of tasks to ensure timely completion and alignment with goals
- Assess department managers’ bandwidth and report on workload allocation.
- Set, review, and follow up on quarterly goals for departments and managers.
- Carry out departmental evaluations and prepare structured performance documentation.
- Provide annual performance reports of every employee across departments to management for salary appraisal purposes.
- Prepare and share comprehensive reports with management on performance, task progress, and departmental efficiency.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
