Job Description:
Overview: Were looking for a Human Resources Business Partner Manager who can act as the main point person for implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs. The incumbent will play a key role in managing the successful outcomes of employee relations matters, mitigating corporate risk, and contributing to the overall positive effect of the Human Resources team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Check overall pulse of teams through climate and engagement surveys
- Motivate the team through relationship building and real-time coaching
- Ensure compliance of HR policies
- Provide coaching and development based on performance evaluations to direct reports
- Ensure effectiveness of performance management systems, ensuring continuous improvement of performance levels across the organization
Implement comprehensive professional development plans and training programs
- Design and implement employee programs that promote company culture and core values
- Ensure proper communication of changes are introduced to appropriate teams
- Partner with other support departments and assist in providing actionable insights
- Identify and initiate human resource process improvements

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing relationships with an ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
