🔹 Position Summary

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders and department heads to deliver strategic HR support, drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and build a high-performance culture. The role will also support payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely employee compensation processing.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management

• Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives to attract top talent across the organization

• Support performance management processes, employee development, and succession planning

• Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially

• Support monthly payroll processing, attendance validation, leave management, and payroll data accuracy

• Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to ensure timely and compliant payroll execution

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and HR best practices

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture

• Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs

• Support change management initiatives during organizational growth and transformation


🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist

• Previous exposure to payroll administration and HR operations is preferred

• Strong understanding of Saudi labor regulations and HR operations

• Experience in construction, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage
