Principle Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate biweekly new employee on-boarding
  • Handles all facets of agency:
  • Audit preparation
  • Onboarding
  • Credentialing process
  • New hire HRIS set up and maintenance
  • Trainings
  • Assists the Director of Human Resources with:
  • Performance management process
  • Other duties as assigned based on programmatic needs
  • Cross trains in all HR roles and responsibilities
  • Utilizes the HRIS to the fullest extent to automate processes
  • Handles administrative functions for the Human Resources Department
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS: (Education and Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in Human Resources desired
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is imperative
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be MS Office proficient
  • Must be a self starter with high energy level and ability to multi-task and re-prioritize based on needs of the programs that we serve
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to deliver responses based on customer needs
  • Experience or desire to work in a non-profit environment a plus
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality a must
  • Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
  • Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
