We are looking for a proactive and well-organised candidate who can support the legal team with basic paralegal responsibilities. The role suits candidates with strong administrative and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance

  • Calendar management, meeting scheduling, call coordination, and travel logistics.
  • Drafting and formatting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintaining client communication logs and internal follow-up notes.
  • Handling confidential documents with discretion.
  • Coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Paralegal Support

  • Preparing first drafts of letters, notices, and checklists (under supervision).
  • Reviewing documents for formatting, numbering, defined terms, annexures, etc.
  • Maintaining matter-tracking sheets, timelines, and documentation databases.
  • Assisting in due diligence coordination and record management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency.
  • Ability to structure, proofread, and format documents professionally.
  • High degree of discipline, confidentiality, and reliability.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ownership mindset.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Candidates with legal exposure preferred.
  • Prior experience in an EA, legal assistant, corporate coordination, or documentation role desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
