Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator serves as a vital link within the Human Resources team, assisting in various administrative and coordination tasks that support the full team member’s lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, maintaining team member records, and assisting with compliance and policy matters. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the HR department functions smoothly, facilitating a positive work environment and supporting the organization's growth and team member satisfaction.

Optimize inter-departmental communication by acting as a bridge between HR and other departments, facilitating clear communication regarding HR initiatives, policies, and team member concerns.
Job Responsibilities:

Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

Collaborates with the Human Resources team to ensure best practices for the department.

Collaborates across multiple functions to support tactical organizational needs.

Acts as the Designated Employer Representative (DER) ensuring drug testing specifications are met and maintained to gain site access for our field employees and company-wide random drug testing compliance.

Provide support for Human Resources Pre-Access requirements to meet site access requirements.

Support the new hire process.

Provides clerical support to the HR department.

Provides support for Human Resources related inquiries.

Assist with special projects and other duties assigned to the HR Coordinator.

Associate’s Degree required or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred
-
2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or higher-level customer facing role
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines
-
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation
-
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
-
Comfortable working on fast paced and process oriented work
- Strong follow through and ownership of assigned tasks

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Direct experience with lookups and pivot tables, preferred

Comfortable learning and working within HRIS or applicant tracking systems

Ability to accurately enter, update, and maintain employee data and records

Experience scheduling meetings, interviews, or coordinating calendars preferred•
