Role Overview

Baraka Talent Consultants is looking for a strategic Human Resource Director to lead our talent operations. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with our business goals, managing high-volume recruitment based on current demands, and overseeing organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's long-term vision and operational efficiency.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes to meet urgent project demands in technical and corporate sectors.
• Compliance & Operations: Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and regulatory standards, including OEP requirements where applicable.
• Performance Management: Design systems to track employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or Director-level role.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment solutions industry and local labor regulations.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
