Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Work, or related field; certification in HRM or CSR is a plus.
- Fresher or 1 year of experience in HR or CSR coordination, with knowledge of labor laws and ethical practices.
- Proficient in HR tools, payroll, documentation, and CSR reporting (GRI/BRSR).
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Empathetic, culturally sensitive, and team-oriented.
Key Responsibilties
- Support recruitment for CSR staff, volunteers, and interns.
- Manage onboarding and orientation processes for field teams.
- Maintain attendance, timesheets, and basic HR records.
- Coordinate employee training on social impact and diversity.
- Organize internal engagement activities linked to CSR goals.
- Ensure safe, inclusive work environments at outreach sites.
- Assist in planning and monitoring CSR projects on the ground.
- Liaise with NGOs, government agencies, and local communities.
- Draft CSR policies, reports, and documentation.
- Help coordinate health camps, awareness drives, and events.
- Track CSR budgets and support fund utilization reporting.
- Maintain stakeholder databases and communication logs.
- Assist with CSR audits, surveys, and evaluations.
