Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding staff for different branches of Gurcharanam Academy.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Conduct induction and training programs to align new employees with the Academy’s culture and standards.
- Regularly monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Coordinate with management to fulfill staffing requirements for teaching and non-teaching roles.
- Organize team-building activities, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professionalism across all branches.
