Human Resource Executive

Full Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Thane. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities including implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include developing and enforcing HR strategies, administering payroll and benefits, and managing employee relations and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles

Experience in HR Management and implementing HR policies

Skills in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
