Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for various roles.
- Coordinate induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, personal files).
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and standard processes.
- Support day-to-day HR operations ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
- Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
3. Compliance & Statutory
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports, registers, and audit-related documentation.
- Liaison with government authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of statutory laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
