Human Resource Executive

India

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for various roles.
  • Coordinate induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, personal files).
  • Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and standard processes.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

3. Compliance & Statutory

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance reports, registers, and audit-related documentation.
  • Liaison with government authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
