Sourcing, Recruitment & Resourcing
- Planning of manpower requirement for different operational areas
- Job description preparation for each position & validation of same through functional heads
- Sourcing profiles through various placement consultants & job sites
- Coordinating & conducting interview
- Sending offers to selected candidate. Upon acceptance, sending formal offer, letter, negotiating salary & finalise joining dates.
- Joining formalities & documentation management
- Planning & Coordinating Employee orientation & training management with Operations Manager
Payroll, Salary Administration, Compensation & Benefits Management
- Daily recording & processing of attendance
- Overtime, Late Coming & Absentism reports
- ESIC, EPFO Reports
- Advance Salary & Loans scheduling / management
- Handling payroll and related statutory matters on monthly basis
- CTC Preparation of new recruits
- Manpower reports
- Contract employees attendance recording, manual attendance format making and sending to contractor and ensuring timely salary payments of contract employees.
- Coordinating with contractors for new joinees, resignee employee & monitoring of change in employee status
- Maintenance records as per norms
- Maintenance for Leave Management & records as per norms
