Scope Of Work:

Sourcing, Recruitment & Resourcing

  • Planning of manpower requirement for different operational areas
  • Job description preparation for each position & validation of same through functional heads
  • Sourcing profiles through various placement consultants & job sites
  • Coordinating & conducting interview
  • Sending offers to selected candidate. Upon acceptance, sending formal offer, letter, negotiating salary & finalise joining dates.
  • Joining formalities & documentation management
  • Planning & Coordinating Employee orientation & training management with Operations Manager

Payroll, Salary Administration, Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Daily recording & processing of attendance
  • Overtime, Late Coming & Absentism reports
  • ESIC, EPFO Reports
  • Advance Salary & Loans scheduling / management
  • Handling payroll and related statutory matters on monthly basis
  • CTC Preparation of new recruits
  • Manpower reports
  • Contract employees attendance recording, manual attendance format making and sending to contractor and ensuring timely salary payments of contract employees.
  • Coordinating with contractors for new joinees, resignee employee & monitoring of change in employee status
  • Maintenance records as per norms
  • Maintenance for Leave Management & records as per norms

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
