Job Description:
Position: Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to new employees to help them acclimate to their roles and integrate into the company culture.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Address issues promptly and effectively, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
- Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, including performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, and track training attendance and effectiveness.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience in human resource management, preferably within the retail or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
