Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Implement and update HR policies in line with statutory and organizational requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct performance management cycles including appraisals and reviews.
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations.
- Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and support audits.
- Drive employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Manage exit processes including clearance, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
