Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Implement and update HR policies in line with statutory and organizational requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct performance management cycles including appraisals and reviews.
  • Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations.
  • Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and support audits.
  • Drive employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Manage exit processes including clearance, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madanayakanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
