Job Description:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement.
• Performance Management:
• Implement performance appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions.
• Policy Development and Compliance:
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and manage payroll processes.
• HR Analytics and Reporting:
• Maintain HR metrics and generate reports for management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
