Human Resource Executive

We're Hiring: HR Executive & Process Coordinator
We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a stable, intelligent, and dynamic HR Executive who can align people with purpose and nurture a high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
• Design and implement HR policies and frameworks tailored to a 30-member team
• Develop employee engagement strategies to foster a collaborative and motivating work culture
• Conduct performance appraisals and coordinate training & development programs
• Ensure statutory and legal compliance related to HR and labor laws
• Support leadership in strategic workforce planning and organizational growth
• Maintain and enhance our company culture rooted in trust, transparency, and excellence

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / MBA preferred
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in financial services or mid-sized firms
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and well-versed in using HRMS and productivity tools
• Resilient, dependable, and committed to long-term growth
• Based in or open to relocating to Siliguri
