Key Responsibilities:
- Identify resource gaps within teams and create accurate job descriptions.
- Develop targeted keywords for each role to efficiently match candidate profiles with company requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, other job portals, referrals, and training institutions.
- Build strong relationships with consulting centers and placement cells of colleges in and around Trichy for long-term recruitment partnerships.
- Plan and implement creative sourcing techniques beyond traditional job portals to expand the talent pool.
- Conduct initial screenings based on defined parameters and engage candidates through professional calls to assess suitability.
- Maintain consistent communication with shortlisted candidates and guide them through the recruitment process until successful onboarding.
- Participate in other HR functions such as onboarding, relieving, and other initiatives contributing to a positive work environment.
