We are happy to announce that we are looking for a talented and experienced candidate to join our team as a “HR Recruiter”.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting your Senior Recruiter with understanding the organizational hiring needs. You will also be responsible for advertising open positions online as well as composing engaging job descriptions accordingly. In addition to this, you should also assist in the onboarding process. Prior work experience as a Recruiter or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. To be successful in this job role, you should have a sound knowledge of the hiring process and practices. You should also possess good time management skills, the ability to make timely decisions and build a strong talent pipeline.

1. Position: HR Recruiter

2. Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

3. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the management and other teams to perform job and task analysis and accordingly document job requirements and objectives.
  • Create structure for the job description after analyzing the internal requirements and the market scope.
  • Identify various role-specific, hiring portals. Be active on these online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions in the organization.
  • Keep up-to-date with recruitment methods.
  • Prepare hiring pipelines for the required roles and accordingly build a talent pool for future references.
  • Competent sourcing of candidates within the defined timelines and budgets.
  • Screen resumes, job application forms and schedule interviews of the candidates with the respective managers.
  • Capture, organize and store the candidates database accurately.
  • Compose and send emails in terms of interview schedules, follow-ups and job offers to the listed candidates.

4. Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Must possess proven excellent customer service skills and an ability to handle heavy volume with confidence and calmness.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills required with an overall positive, professional, and ethical disposition.
  • Must be able to work with tight deadlines, possess a high level of self-motivation, and have excellent work ethic.
  • Good knowledge of MS Suite (e.g. MS Excel, Word Documents, Powerpoint, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Hand-on experience with various recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Behance, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commerce or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience in bulk sourcing and recruiting.

5. Compensation:

Commensurate with the qualification and experience of the candidate as per the industry standards
