Human Resources - Marketing Agency

Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts for various agency roles.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Implement performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Administer benefits and compensation programs.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Analyze HR data for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1 Year of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
