1. Payroll Management
- Maintain attendance records, leave registers, and overtime details.
- Prepare and process monthly salary, incentives, and deductions.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and ensure timely submission.
- Coordinate with accounts team for salary disbursement.
2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factories Act, and Shop & Establishment Act.
- Maintain employee records, registers, and statutory documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding / exit formalities as per company policy.
- Liaise with external consultants for audit and compliance filing.
3. Recruitment & HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain job postings, coordinate with agencies, and conduct walk-in interviews.
- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
- Support management in performance review, employee engagement, and training.
- Maintain and update HRMIS / employee database.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources / Commerce / Management.
- Experience with Payroll software / Tally HR module / Excel.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, Labour Law compliances.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or jewellery sector is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR documentation.
- Ability to manage factory and office staff records.
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy with confidential data.
