1. Recruitment and Selection:Identifying hiring needs and creating job descriptions from the department heads.Posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates through various channels and online platforms.Screening resumes and applications Managing the applicant tracking system and maintaining recruitment records.
2. Onboarding and Orientation:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Conducting induction programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.Introducing new employees to their teams and managers.
3. Employee Relations:Serving as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.Handling employee grievances and conflicts and working towards resolution.Implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.Conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback.
4. HR Policies and Procedures:Implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.Ensuring employees understand and comply with company policies.Maintaining the employee handbook and other HR-related documentation.
5. HR Administration and Compliance:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital).Managing employee attendance and leave records.Handling statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonuses, and leave encashment.Ensuring all HR processes comply with labor laws and regulations.Preparing HR-related reports and analytics.
6. Training and Development:Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives.Arranging internal and external training programs.Tracking employee training and development activities.
7. Compensation and Benefits:Assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs (health insurance, etc.).Providing information to employees regarding their compensation and benefits.
8. Employee Engagement and Culture:Developing and implementing strategies to foster employee engagement and a positive work culture.Organizing employee events and recognition programs.Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
9. Payroll Processing:Managing the end-to-end payroll process.Collecting and verifying employee data (e.g., attendance, leaves, new hires, terminations).Calculating employee salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.Ensuring accurate data entry of payroll information.Processing special payments like overtime, travel, petrol expenses. etc.
10. Compliance and Legal Requirements:Staying updated on payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements (local, state, and central).Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.Calculating and processing payroll taxes, deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), and contributions accurately.Preparing and submitting tax filings and other statutory reports on time (e.g., TDS returns, PF/ESIC returns).Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and implementing necessary adjustments.
11. Payroll System Management:Operating and maintaining Zoho payroll software and systems.Ensuring data integrity and security within the payroll system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
