Human Resource Executive

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews and support offboarding processes.
3. HR Operations
  • Implement HR policies and suggest improvements.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
