Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratories, or technical hiring.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory/clinical technical roles (preferred).
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand manpower requirements by partnering with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and create qualified candidate pipelines.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
  • Facilitate assessment tests or technical evaluations as needed.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate salary and prepare offer proposals.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) expectations.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy norms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR operations for offer letters, documentation, pre-joining formalities, and background verification.
  • Build strong working relationships with laboratory leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and insights through MIS and recruitment analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
