Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratories, or technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of laboratory/clinical technical roles (preferred).
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements by partnering with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and create qualified candidate pipelines.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Facilitate assessment tests or technical evaluations as needed.
- Conduct reference checks, negotiate salary and prepare offer proposals.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) expectations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and trackers.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR operations for offer letters, documentation, pre-joining formalities, and background verification.
- Build strong working relationships with laboratory leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular hiring updates and insights through MIS and recruitment analytics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
