Human Resource Executive

Conduct extensive candidate sourcing through various recruitment channels, including job boards and social media platforms, to build a robust talent pipeline. Review and meticulously screen resumes and applications to identify highly qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions, HR-related documents, and other required documentation. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, facilitating all aspects of the recruitment process. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies. Assist in planning and executing Employee Engagement activities.
