Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage exit interviews, clearance processes, and final settlements.
3. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and provide HR support as needed.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
4. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/ERP systems.
- Prepare HR letters (experience, salary, NOC, etc.).
- Maintain attendance, leave tracking, and employee database accuracy.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee KPIs and coordinate evaluations with department heads.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
7. Payroll & Benefits
- Coordinate monthly payroll data including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
- Assist in managing employee benefits such as medical insurance, bonuses, and allowances.
8. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (or as per employer requirements).
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
