Position: Human Resources Executive

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel operations (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR requirements.
• Assist in payroll coordination, statutory compliances, and HR audits.
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and hospitality standards.
• Support training coordination and performance management processes.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience specifically in the hospitality segment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor compliance basics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; HR software knowledge is an advantage.
• Local candidate preferred for ease of coordination and availability.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of hotel operations and manpower structures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,778.53 - ₹30,583.08 per month
