Position: Human Resources Executive

Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel operations (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR requirements.
- Assist in payroll coordination, statutory compliances, and HR audits.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and hospitality standards.
- Support training coordination and performance management processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience specifically in the hospitality segment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor compliance basics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; HR software knowledge is an advantage.
- Local candidate preferred for ease of coordination and availability.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of hotel operations and manpower structures.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,778.53 - ₹30,583.08 per month
