Human Resource Executive

Description for this Job:
We are seeking a proactive, well-organized HR executive with previous expertise in a software house setting. The ideal applicant will oversee essential HR duties, assist with technical hiring, and guarantee seamless HR operations compliant with labor regulations and business standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Handle onboarding, probation, attendance, and employee records
• Implement HR policies, support payroll, and address employee queries
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and support performance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of proven HR experience in a software house
• Strong understanding of IT hiring processes and HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software
