As an HR Executive [Female only] your role will consist of daily HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and compliance, acting as a link between staff and management to support organizational goals by executing policies, managing talent, and fostering a positive culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and integrating new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Handling grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting positive work environments.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assisting with benefit packages, payroll, and reward programs.
  • HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, managing HR systems (HRIS/ATS), and handling daily HR administration.

Essential Skills:

Strong communication [English is a must] & interpersonal skills, Knowledge of HR best practices, Problem-solving & conflict resolution, and Organizational skills & attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in HR departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
