Human Resource Executive

We are hiring Human Resource(HR) Executive to join our growing company.

Location: Coimbatore, Tamilnadu

Qualification: Any graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating continuously with the departmental head for the requirement.
• Preparing job description for the vacant roles as per the requirement of departmental head.
• Job posting & finding relevant candidates from different hiring platforms like Apna, Job Hai, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Screening the resumes of the applicants & approaching them to come for an interview.
• Sharing feedbacks of selection / rejection of the interviewees.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process.
• Looking after induction & orientation of new joiners.
• Maintaining floor decorum.
• Looking after any queries of the employees.
