o Recruitment & Onboarding:

o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

o Manage end-to-end hiring process (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters)

o Conduct onboarding and orientation programs

o Employee Relations & Engagement:

o Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution

o Organize employee engagement initiatives and activities

o Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback

o Performance Management:

o Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems

o Guide managers on performance improvement plans and employee development

o HR Policies & Compliance:

o Create and update HR policies in line with labour laws and organizational goals

o Ensure legal compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

o Training & Development:

o Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions or workshops

o Monitor effectiveness of training programs

o Payroll & Benefits Administration:

o Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing

o Manage benefits, leaves, insurance, and statutory deductions

o HRMIS & Reporting:

o Maintain HR records and generate regular reports (attendance, turnover, etc.

o Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in data management

o Exit Management:

o Coordinate resignation formalities and conduct exit interviews.

Manage full & final settlement inputs.

Ensure timely exit documentation issuance and system updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
