Position: Human Resource Executive

Location: IN PERSON

Summary: We are looking for an HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in performance appraisals and feedback processes.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Administer employee benefits and support compensation reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
