Job Description:
As the Human Resources Manager at Super Lpg Appliances Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that our human resources strategies align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and professional development.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for employees.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs and ensure they remain competitive in the market.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations and address any disputes or grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure Super Lpg Appliances Pvt. Ltd. remains a leader in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- years of HR management experience, with a track record of success in roles of increasing responsibility.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
