The HR Executive will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, with a heavy emphasis on specialized recruitment for academic roles. You will act as the bridge between management and a team of researchers, editors, and consultants, ensuring that the company maintains a high standard of academic integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Post job ads on LinkedIn, Indeed, and university portals. Source and interview candidates with PhD or Master’s degrees.
• Onboarding: Manage the "joining" process for new employees and freelancers, including background checks and NDA signings.
• Attendance & Leave: Track daily attendance and manage leave requests using our HR software.
• Employee Engagement: Organize monthly team-building activities to keep morale high in a high-pressure research environment.
• Compliance: Maintain physical and digital employee files and ensure company policies are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR (Experience in EdTech or KPO is a huge plus).
• Communication: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to interact with academic professionals.
• Tech Savvy: Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and any HRIS/payroll software.
• Mindset: Ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision.
