Human Resource Executive

Please Note: This is an on-site job position and night shift job.

Night Shift: 9:00 pm - 6:00am, 6pm - 3am

Complete Description:

Wadic is looking forward to hiring a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as HR Executive.

As an HR Executive, You will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources procedures as well as policies. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring employee awareness and compliance
• Design and manage compensation and benefits programs
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development initiatives
• Monitor and control the HR department’s budget
• Create and update HR policies in alignment with organizational requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for labor law and compliance-related matters
• Manage employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively
• Assess existing HR systems and recommend improvements (HRIS, ATS)
• Address workplace safety issues and ensure compliance with standards
• Track and analyze employee retention and turnover metrics
• Oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Good understanding of labor laws, including employment contracts, leave policies, and employee benefits
