Human Resources:
· Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and on boarding.
· Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
· Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
· Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly reports.
· Coordinate training and development sessions.
· Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee data (absences, leaves, etc.).
· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Administration:
· Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure office supplies and resources are well-maintained.
· Coordinate with vendors for facility management, housekeeping, courier, and other office services.
· Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements when required.
· Maintain records of assets, office equipment, and service contracts.
· Ensure office health and safety protocols are followed.
· Support general office upkeep and help foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role. Only Female.
· Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
· Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools etc.
Immediate joiner preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
