Human Resources:
Handle recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and on boarding.
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
Coordinate training and development sessions.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Candidates should possess a strong personality, along with a sound understanding of HR policies, and be proficient in drafting professional emails and related communication.
Administration:
· Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure office supplies and resources are well-maintained.
· Coordinate with vendors for facility management, housekeeping, courier, and other office services.
· Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements when required.
· Maintain records of assets, office equipment, and service contracts.
· Ensure office health and safety protocols are followed.
· Support general office upkeep and help foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 0–2 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role. Only Female.
· Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
· Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools etc.
