Human Resource Executive (Only Females)

Job description:
Digital Mitro is seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR to join our team. We want someone comfortable developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive work environment. We require a strong background in Human Resources and we’re also looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across the region.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
• Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates
• Create a talent pool for the region
• Generating recruitment reports on a timely basis.
• Maintaining Trackers
• Responsible for end to end Recruitment Cycle.

Requirements:

• Min 0-12 months in HR Recruitment
• Excellent communication skill required.
• Graduation mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
