About the Role

At Demos, We are hiring a motivated HR Recruiter to support large-scale hiring and team expansion efforts for a leading political organization. The role requires a proactive professional who can manage full-cycle recruitment under tight deadlines, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure smooth onboarding of diverse profiles.

This is a contract-based full-time position till April 2026, ideal for someone who wants to gain high-impact experience in political and campaign-driven operations.

About Company

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for political and administrative roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work closely with internal teams and leadership to understand manpower needs.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit for various political campaign positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and dashboards.
• Support onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
• Ensure timely closure of positions with high quality and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of recruitment experience (political, field, or mass hiring experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable handling high-volume and time-sensitive hiring requirements.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and basic HR documentation.

• Strong sense of accountability and discretion.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interest or experience in political or social organizations preferred.

Work Expectations
Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, or on-call during campaign escalations.

Should be comfortable working on time-sensitive, confidential political materials.

Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under direction and review.
Contract Details

• Job Type: Full-time (Contract till April 2026)
• Work Days: 6 working days, Sunday fixed off
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and interview performance.
