Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closure of open positions.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and implementing action plans.

3. Performance Management

  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain performance records and assist in performance review discussions.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.

5. Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and support learning initiatives.

6. Process Improvement

  • Ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Recommend and support process improvements within the HR function.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
