Human Resource Generalist

Bikester Global is a fast-growing multi-brand destination for motorcycle helmets, riding gear, luggage systems, bike parts, and accessories. With four retail stores (growing) and a strong online presence, we’re building India’s go-to brand for bikers.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes.

The role involves handling recruitment, payroll, attendance, incentives, statutory compliances, employee engagement, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction

Payroll & Attendance

• Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and maintain attendance and leave records.
• Manage calculation and disbursement of incentives, bonuses, and increments.

Statutory Compliance & Benefits

• Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

Performance & Employee Engagement

• Support performance appraisal cycles and increment processes.
• Plan and execute HR activities, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.

General HR Operations

• Prepare HR letters, memos, and policy communication.
• Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Support management in implementing HR strategies and operational requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable yet firm.
• Hands-on knowledge of HR software (Zoho People, Keka, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail/e-commerce/startups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
