Human Resources Generalist

About the role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team on a contract basis. This role will be responsible for benefits and compensation administration and compliance, leave management, and HR program support across the entire company. You work with a sense of urgency and thrive in a dynamic team and high-performance culture. This role is the first point of contact for HR-related matters which requires solid collaboration skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is $45.65 - $55.00/hour. The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary range for this job at the time of posting. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
This position is a contractor role and will be employed through a third-party staffing vendor. The selected candidate will not be a direct employee of Absci, but will perform their duties onsite/remotely at Absci as assigned.
As an employee of the third-party staffing vendor, benefits (including but not limited to health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans) will be provided and administered by the staffing vendor according to their policies and eligibility requirements. Absci's employee benefits do not apply to this position.
