Human Resource Generalist

Associate's Degree in Human Resources/Related field and two years experience in human resources required. Bachelors in Human Resources preferred. Experience and demonstrated computer literacy with database systems, MS Office Suite and other computer and web-based software. Ability to provide/exhibit/demonstrate exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills to internal/external customers and demonstrate ability to relate with individuals with disabilities. Must be self-directed with ability to work in a changing environment with flexibility while utilizing sound judgement and problem-solving skills. Must be well-organized with high attention to detail. Valid and acceptable NYS driver's license per organization policies, practices, procedures. Travel required.

Hours: Monday-Friday - 8a-4p
