Job Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Administration- End-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and MIS reports
- Coordination with site and corporate teams
2. Attendance & Payroll Support- Manage attendance systems, shift rosters, and leave management
- Coordinate with payroll team/vendors for salary processing
- Handle attendance, overtime, and weekly off compliance (6-day working structure)
3. Statutory & Labour Compliances- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances:
- PF, ESIC, PT, LWF
- Shops & Establishment Act
- Contract Labour Act
- Liaison with consultants, auditors, and government authorities
- Maintain compliance registers and statutory records
4. Workforce Planning & Manpower Coordination- Support manpower planning for projects and townships
- Coordination with contractors and consultants for labour deployment
- Maintain labour attendance, compliance, and documentation
5. HR Policies & Employee Relations- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures
- Handle employee grievances and ensure smooth employee relations
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
6. Recruitment Support (If Required)- Assist in recruitment for site and corporate roles
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding of new hires
Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of HR compliances and labour laws
- Experience in real estate / township / project-based HR
- Good knowledge of attendance systems & HRMS
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites/projects
Preferred Candidate Profile:- Experience working in luxury real estate, township, or construction companies
- Comfortable with 6 days working environment
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in the HR domain/ Mandatory experience in Real Estate / Township / Construction / Luxury projects
