Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with interns on a daily basis.
• Handle the end-to-end hiring process: posting openings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Onboard, train, and guide new interns.
• Motivate interns and maintain a positive team culture.
• Track performance, create feedback reports, and support overall productivity.
• Assist with HR operations including records, policies, and communication.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder to align HR activities with brand goals.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, guide, and motivate interns effectively.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for people management and personal development.
• Interest in lifestyle, wellness, or creative industries is a plus.
