Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding formalities including salary account creation and document collection
- Maintain and update candidate records and databases regularly (Excel/HRMS)
- Make initial calls to candidates when required.
- Help organize HR events and engagement activities
- Assist in drafting HR-related communication, letters and forms.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups.
- Perform similar administrative tasks as required by the Reporting Manager
Requirements:
- Must have completed studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
