Human Resource Intern

Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Purpose:

The HR Intern will assist the HR department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and HR administration. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and develop a foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (screening, scheduling, and coordination).
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and induction.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance sheets.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and internal HR events.
  • Help prepare HR reports, letters, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team on assigned projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.
