Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on multiple platforms.
-Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
-Schedule interviews, coordinate with interviewers, and communicate with candidates.
-Handle candidate communications, including follow-up emails and application status updates.
-Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
-Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, internship/experience certificates, and letters of recommendation (LOR).
-Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
-Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
