Position: HR Intern
Experience-0 to 1 yr
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Duration: Internship (6 months)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for open positions.
  • Support in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding Assistance:
  • Help prepare new hire documentation and coordinate joining formalities.
  • Support induction and orientation activities.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations.
  • Exit Process:
  • Support in conducting exit formalities and maintaining exit records.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and trackers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or pursuing final year (preferably in HR/Management).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn HR processes.
